Libero/DS and Pin Positional Camp

Service Description

A specific positional volleyball camp for Liberos/DS and Pin Hitters designed to provide more in-depth training for serve receive, defensive moves, and hitting. Liberos/DS will work on perfecting their serve receive, learning how to read the hitters more efficiently, emergency defense including sprawls, pancakes and dolphin dives, and how to run the back court. Hitters will work fine-tuning their approach to add inches to their reach, creating more torque in their hits, along with blocking and passing. Participants will receive personalized instruction and individualized feedback to help them improve their skills and technique in small groups with the same position, then will work on putting their new skills to the test with the other positions.
